    General Information

All consultations are by appointment. Patients are booked at ten minute intervals but you are free to ask for longer appointments if needed.

Please make a separate appointment for each member of the household who needs to see a doctor. The doctors cannot guarantee to see people who are more than 10 minutes late for their appointment.

Patients may book to see any doctor at the practice; however, if possible, we encourage patients to try to see the same doctor for continuity of care. When making your appointment, please specify your preferred doctor and we will try to accommodate your request.

    Telephone Advice

Sometimes you may wish to have a brief advice on your health problem or on medications. Please ask the receptionist for a telephone consultation appointment. It is helpful to let the receptionist know what is your concern (if appropriate) so that we have the necessary records available.

Patients requiring a chaperone during an examination should ask at reception. It would be helpful if the request could be made at the time of booking the appointment.
